Bob,
code that runs on the LPC2104 will also run on the LPC2102,
exception, the PWM unit which has been replaced by 2 16-bit timers
with edge aligned PWM.
On top of the LPC2104 functionality the pins that were NC for the
2104 are now hosting the 32 kHz crystal input, the Vbat and the
voltage for the ADC.
As it can be seen in the data sheet, the LPC2102 has more interfaces
than the LPC2104, two SPI, two I2C, it has also an 8-input ADC, like
the LPC2131 (same registers, same addresses).
