FYI, this library does not open under current versions of Eagle...they
indicate that the library file is damaged.

That usually means it was developed with a cracked version.  Avoid.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
