Power supply DC/DC converter for LPC2294

Power supply DC/DC converter for LPC2294

2006-01-07 by thomas_ploeger

Hello,

I'm locking for an DC/DC converter to supply the µC.
I want to use the µC in a vehicle and the given voltage is in range
from 10 to 30V. These voltage I've to convert to 5V / 1.5A - 2A.
Can anybody give me a hint to a converter with an SO or TSOP package
(no DIL beacuse of vibrations)?

Thanks

Thomas

Hello,

I'm locking for an DC/DC converter to supply the \ufffdC.
I want to use the \ufffdC in a vehicle and the given voltage is in range
from 10 to 30V. These voltage I've to convert to 5V / 1.5A - 2A.
Can anybody give me a hint to a converter with an SO or TSOP package

One of the Nat Semi Simple Switchers should do what you want.

If your budget sustains, try some of Linear Techology chips. They have
some nice parts for higher input voltages and very simple design.
