Lpc2000

Is there any document or source code to explain the
procedure of activating the bootloader and loading the
code algorithm in lpc2000 devices???

The documentation is in the user manual.  There are several programs with 
source around that implement it.
         lpc21isp http://guest.engelschall.com/~martin/lpc21xx/isp/index.html

Both can automatically control the reset and ISP  mode pins and supporting 
that can be as simple as adding the standard ISP header

simple adapter like
