Lpc2000

Hi-

I'm currently bringing up a custom LPC2138 based board. I am able to 
flash code into the processor using the Philips utility once and only 
once. After that, the processor never responds to the flash requests. 
I have verified the processor is seeing the appropriate reset and ISP 
requests. The only thing I can think of is maybe the processor is 
getting clobbered. Can anyone recommend a socket for the LPC2138?

Perhaps you're experimenting the same issue I had recently: the 
watchdog was keeping me from accessing the ISP. To solve it I had to 
make sure the reset and P0.14 signals where down during power up (by 
playing with the plug switch, for example). Try that.

Tim,

Yamaichi makes sockets for test/burn in and production. Check
www.yamaichi.com. Hopefully the watch dog timer response will fix your
problem.
