re: auto baud for HID application

re: auto baud for HID application

Hello,

I am looking for auto baud implementations for HID purposes that meet
the most/all of the following requirements:

a) single phase protocol (like AT command);
b) single character protocol (rules out AT command);
c) non-standard baud rates (rules out many others I found);
d) zero false positives when correct input is entered; and
e) zero false negatives when incorrect input is entered.

I have one that but is not documented and I am looking for something that I
can easily point to preferably in the open source world. Anyone?

Thanks

Jaya

Correction: the requirement is for two-phase protocol (like AT command) and
not single phase as stated in the original post.

What's HID got to do with all this? You're confused.

Paul, your fixation with the word "confused" aside, in answer to your
question have a look at:

   http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/HID

in the context of the requirements.
