JTAG and TRST

TRST (pin 47 on the LPC210x) *must* be tied high for the primary JTAG to work with a Wiggler or similar interface. This is how I have it connected, but I omitted to mention this on on my own web page and in my jtag.zip file in the group's Files area. If you have TRST on the LPC210x connected to the JTAG interface (pin 17 on the 20-way connector) you should use a pull-up resistor. My own interface, described in jtag.zip, doesn't use pin 17. Leon
