PLL Programming

2004-05-04 by James Dabbs

I am looking for a PLL initialization code snippet that conforms to all
errata? I have a 14.7456MHz crystal and I want to multiply it by 4, but
I'd be happy to look at anything!

Thanks,

James Dabbs, TGA

James
Download UT040322.zip from the Files section of this group.
Look in main.c for the code. Look in config.h and edit FOSC,
PLL_MUL, & PBSD to meet your requirements. Look in lpcSCR.h
to see the underlying MACROs.

There's an errata for the PLL? Can you provide a pointer? I haven't seen
it yet.

Other than that take a look at
http://www.aeolusdevelopment.com/Articles/download.html the newlib support
has a pll routine that's fairly general.

There is no PLL errata.
