JTAG Debugging of lpc2106

2004-06-20 by bwende1

Hallo

Im searching for any tutorials or help for JTAG debugging of the
lpc2106.

I heard that there are some problems with JTAG flash-programming!?
Is it possible to program the flash or the ram with the JTAG-Adpater?

I got the Olimex LPC-P1 Board and the ARM-JTAG for Parallel-Port also
from Olimex.

Thanks for any help...

It depends on the tools you are using. Both RAM and Flash debugging are
available with the CrossWorks tools, at any rate, and both may be
programmed, of course.

I use the Gnuarm toolchain. I would prefer free tools for
debugging/programming.
