If you are using IAR Workbench there are a few IAP routine examples 
provided for you to use. 

Otherwise, check out this website...it's a start.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
