Experiences with LPC2214 and ISP1183

Hello... I would like to know if somebody interfaces a LPC2214 with a Philips USC Controller ISP1183. And also, if somebody knows where I can buy Philips MCU in Argentina... I couldn't find it in Electronic Shops. Thanks Ezequiel Aceto
