ETM Trace Feature

Hi, I'm planning to use a LPC2138 and LPC2214 in a motor control system. As the motors being controlled are upwards of 50kW, it will not be easy to stop the processor and single step through code. Therefore I'm interested in the ETM trace feature of the LPC2xxx. Does anyone have any experience of using ETM and have any recommendations for a suitable debugger ? Thanks Dave Bryan
