Lpc2000

Using kickstart card with 2106 with the IAR tools.
I can't get watchdog timer to count down.
Running with resident monitor and stepping to see watchdog reg. 
values.

I cant seem to write to wdfeed register. It always reads 0.
I can write to wdtc register and see it change.
WDMOD is 0x01 for running in debug mode.
WDTV is always 0xFF, which is its reset value of the WDTIMER 
and WDTV. 

I dont see any conflicts based on the resources that
the monitor uses based on "ROM_monitor_settings_and_info.pdf"

The feed register is a write only register.  You cannot (should not?) read it.

Also the two writes to the feed register MUST be back to back write cycles 
on the bus.
