I am searching for a Profibus solution for ARM (hw and firmware). Is 
there any solution ready?

Profibus offers training classes (which I will be attending).  See:

Also, let me know what you find, I also will be implementing Profibus
with ARM.

Profichip has a nice IC, for slave applications
