Have you tried any of the standard CrossWorks examples?

problem with crossworks

I am now getting acquainted with the crossworks compiler and lpc2104.I
built my own board and downloaded the programs given in this forum as
starting point.But the hex file created after compiling the code does
not run.The program is to toggle a pin (blink_ADS_1.2) given in file
section.What is wrong since a sample program using winarm ran
perfectly.Can somebody suggest any solutions.Thanx

That is good advice.  Crossworks comes with the best set of examples I
have seen.  It would not be difficult to modify one to your hardware.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
