That was my first reaction. At version 2+.
Unfortunately the engineering group is (I believe) in Germany, so it takes 
quite long time for an answer from tech support. Anyway, at first I've been 
told that it worked before and by no reason doesn't work now.
And, finally:
"I did check with our engineering group. The generate SRC file feature 
should be out May 2005."

This has been our experience with Keil, support from Germany is very
good, support from their US staff has not been very helpful.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
