LPC2138 and ISP

LPC2138 and ISP

2005-06-02 by Owen Mooney

I am having no luck with the LPC2000 Flash Utility (V2.2.1) and LPC2138
chips

I tried with P14 low (although on the LPC2106 this doesn't matter as the
ISP runs if there is not a valid program in it)
I can see the data going into UART0 but the output remains high impedance.

I then tried programming a chip on my developoment board (via JTAG) to
call IAP 57(dec) (ReinvokeISP) - still no banana! - and I know that this
UART circuit works

The date code on the chips is 0501

Anyone got any ideas?

download from Philips website and try reinstalling the app.

Are you running it by itself or from within the keil ide ?

If from in the ide try running it independently.
Are you building your app to run from flash or ram ?

Few posts on this in the circuit cellar contest forum.
