  Isn't expressPCB designed to prevent you from doing that?  I was under the 
  impression that one of their main design goals was to lock you into using 
  their services.  The ability to export to a 'real' CAD program would run 
  counter to that. I didn't think they even produced standard Gerber files 
  much less allowed export into any format that could be read intelligently 
  by any other program.
