Lpc2000

I am using the Phytec KPCM-023, which has a LPC2294, using the ISP and
the philips program to erase and load the flash, I erased the flash
and check the contents with a JTAG, (J-Link) it actually had some
contents on the top memory like FFFFFFFF 00000001 00000002 FFFFFFFFF,
ETC anyone knows what this is?
