Insight RAM Debug

Hi to all, I'm newbie in ARM7 and i decided to start with Keil's MCB2130 with LPC2138 MCU. I'd like to use it with GNU tools, and debugging SW will be OCD/Insight. I read few books regarding this matter, but still i have gaps in my knowledge. As i can see ocd can not be used to debug sw in flash but only in RAM. And here my question lies: Does Insight instruct LPC to start execution from RAM or this is done somehow else.
