problem during execution through JTAG

I am able to use the JTAG port (through wiggler) to read memory/registers/status of my LPC2214 using OCD Commander. However after downloading an executable into memory, once I start execution things break down. Any request henceforth results in a cable disconnected response. Any thoughts? Thanks, -BNP
