I have just complete the first draft of the manual for the Universal Event
Generator. It is  available on the website in the "Manuals" area as a PDF
file. The version of this manual is 0.9

Please read it and offer feedback. It's 2:50AM and I'm a little tired right
now, so your feedback will be appreciated (tomorrow) I'll do another pass
before calling it "final." Once it's done, the rest of you will be receiving
your UEGs!
