Thanks to everyone for the catalog suggestions.  Newark is the one I was 
trying to think of.  And it jogged my memory into remembering what I think 
is/was Hamilton.  As for All Electronics, I used to shop there in person when 
I lived in CA, and I used to get Jameco catalogs in the mail.  They aren't 
quite the places for a huge variety of electronics parts though.
