Panels - Approx. Price

What's the approx. cost of a custom one off schaefer panel + 
silkscreening?

For example, a 2U panel for 6 knobs, 6 jacks.  Just looking for a 
ballpark price.  $20?  $60?  $100?

What type of turnaround time could someone expect?  2 weeks?  2 
months?
