What Ken says is true. The Vactrols in the '410s are VERY loose spec.
Probably +-20% to +-30%. Also,
the Q of each bandpass is proportional to the ratio of 2 capacitors, that
are also 10% each.

Such is the glory of true analog :)

But there is a HUGE difference in the butter-creamy sound of a '410 versus
OTA-based versions. That's
*why* we used them.
