Sustain "pedals" are a switch, and will not work.

This *should* be in archives, but......

Roland EV-5

are all tested and approved. I'm sure there are others. If you find a
different one, let me know. Basically, we are
looking for 'resistive' pedals with a 3-wire (stereo) plug, or a CV Out
pedal (has a battery inside).
