How about something hybrid? Use the rack ears for the 4 DIN jacks. Then make a 1U Stooge panel with all the 1/4" stuff you want. Make use of existing space. Takes up only 1U of module space. Larry ----- Original Message ----- From: Alan Wagner Ive thought of this too. I like the idea of having all the Kenton outputs right there in my MOTM rack. The down side is that it would take up 2U of space that could be used for another module. Larry has previously posted a picture that shows the Kenton outputs mounted on the rack ears to bring them to the front. This idea makes use of existing space. I havent done either one yet because frankly Im undecided on which way I want to go. I am leaning toward the rack ear idea for two reasons. First space is a premium in my setup. Second I didnt want to purchase $$$ a blank panel for this because my homebrew panel graphics suck so it would not compliment my MOTM modules. However, if someone were to do a panel run I could be persuaded to go the breakout panel route! Another $0.02 Tx Al Yahoo! Groups Sponsor Your use of Yahoo! Groups is subject to the Yahoo!
