I'd rather have a Tactex type pad like on the Moog Voyager, or something
like a Korg Kaoss pad that would output control voltages and/or allow mixing
of control or audio signals.


Actually, Grant Richter over at Wiard has already figured how to mod a Kaoss
pad for CV. There's an article somewhere....
