Yes, but it would be rather messy.  You'd need a couple of 1/4" cables and a 
bunch of alligator clips that won't easily slip off the 1/4" connectors, and 
you'd hook up the FC-7 and maybe another resistor in the proper way inbetween 
the two cables so you could attenuate the voltage with the pedal.  Or look 
around your setup for a battery operated pedal and you can hook it up 
anywhere without the 850.  My battery powered Moog pedal works great.  No 
longer needed since I just built my 850 over the weekend.

Along similar lines.  If you're like me, you've been frustrated when using 
the oscillator FM input for vibrato (modulation from LFO).  It is so 
sensitive that you have to work between the first and second knob tick marks, 
and it's back and forth with either too much or too little vibrato, not to 
mention trying to get the same amount on several oscillators running at once. 
 A while back I made up a cable with a couple resistors built in as a voltage 
divider to chop a signal in half.  I'm about to make up some similar cables 
to divide a signal by 10.  Now I can use half the movement of the FM knob 
with fine control.  No need to waste mixers as attenuators or to do permanent 
oscillator mods since you may need the original range for other uses.
