hello all,
i've not been reading these posts too closely, but with both my farnell & RS
catalogues in from of me, they look very much like Deltron connectors
manufacturers part nos:

depth 19.3mm / diameter 18mm / panel cut out 16mm / max panel thickness
8.5mm

650-0500 nickel finish
651-0500 black finish
or
690-0500 nickel / pcb mounting - panel mounting nut is optional extra (from
farnell at least)
or
652-0500 / 653-0500 / 692-0500 - rear mounting (nut fixes to front as per
112A jacks) but \ufffd6-8 each !!!

i have some of the 650-0500s on my system - if i remember correctly they
have a perfectly circular mounting hole with a little notch for non-rotation

and if it were up to me i'd prefer the nickel finish to match the nickel
finish of the 112As
