Work bench clean up time

Assembled Blacet IO module in a MOTM converter panel. No rev board with
a resistor and cap (professionally) tacked on. Otherwise same as
production board. This was used for the photo for the MOTM/Blacet
converter panel on our main page.

First $100 takes it.
