----- Original Message ----- From: elle_webb <elle_webb@...> Does anyone know of a wood screw part that looks similar to the machine screws that Paul provides for mounting the modules? If you want to use a wood screw that exactly matches the head of the MOTM mounting screws, the you need to get a # 8 screw, you need to get a phillips drive, a pan style head, and a black oxide coating. I went to my favorite source for any type of screw: http://www.aaronsgeneralstore.com/ Selected the "self tapping screw" (same as I supply with the SKB backs). I used the search feature for a 1/2" long screw with the criterial I specified above and found two: http://www.aaronsself-tappingscrews.com/cfusion/DisplayProduct.cfm?ITEM=1013 ST1232 http://www.aaronsself-tappingscrews.com/cfusion/DisplayProduct.cfm?ITEM=1013 ST2200 Officially, these are sheet metal screws. But, I prefer sheet metal screws to wood screws in many applications. One is 15 and the other is 18 threads per inch. If you want a different length, you can run the search yourself. I get all my flat rails screws from the "machine screws" division of Aaron's. Larry Hendry
