h3y all,
  i have a couple of questions for those of you who order through 
mouser.  
1.  have you ever been charged shipping for a backordered item?  
i was charged $6.50 for $2.50 worth of pots, which has never 
happened to me before.
2. have they ever lost an order?
i am afraid i am about to take it in the a$$ on the largest order 
i've ever placed with them.   they swear they've shipped, but the 
tracking # supplied 5 days ago is still invalid according to the 
shipper.
 has anyone had anything like this happen?  this took me by 
surprise as i've never had a problem with them in 2.5 years...
