I don't mind about various colours of text. I have problems with html mails, though. Sometimes they even try to open an internet connection on my PC automatically when I open them. (I fixed that meanwhile, but IMO html mails are simply unnecessary. At best, they make no difference. At worst, they can be annoying.) (I have no idea if I was the one who you refer to - I certainly didn't complain about blue text, but I sent a plea not to use html mail to someone recently.)
