MOTM

I recently got some very nice Wiha hollow shaft nut drivers and was surprised when I couldn't find one in 5/8".  So I started checking around and found that VERY few nut drivers are available in 5/8".  About the only one I could find is made by Klein.  What gives?  Is it intentionally done to annoy hypercritical anal-retentive people like me who want to have a set of matching nutdrivers in all the MOTM sizes?  Is the world supply of 5/8" hollow shaft nut drivers in some warehouse at Area 51?
