If someone wants a heavier duty case (that weighs more of course!) and
doesn't need the popup functionality fixed position cases designed for live
mixers can work really well. 

Here's a picture of a EWI case I'm using. I modified it so the rails are
parallel to the case bottom instead of being angled. It's considered a 12U
with extra depth. I changed the angle of the rail mounts and swapped in some
14U rails:
