900 power plans

2000-04-05 by thomas white

Hi Friends,

The 900 power supply will power around 22 modules so you should be right
around capacity with 20. Add up your milli-amps and see what your total will
be. 800 is the max if I remember correctly. I plan to power 4 rows from one
supply in my set-up and I don't anticipate any problems.

I mounted my power supply on the rear rails of my SKB case and I will mount
the distribution board for my 2nd SKB on the rear as well, mounted to a
blank MOTM panel with one cord connecting the 2 cabinets for power. Should
be a tight transportable system when I'm finished. Your module plan is very
similar to mine, but I now think I am going to go towrads a polyphonic
modular in the long run. Wish me luck and patience. Thanks for listening
