It's easy, but given your need to have the top planes of the jack nuts
perfectly level, you probably wouldn't like the marks the beer cap leaves in
the nut.

How about a 1U beer opener? You could just bolt one of those older-style
Coke openers onto a blank... That's a really good idea!!
