postal ban idea came from....

It's too bad us kit guys can't get little foil packets of the stuff for
you builders. RS does have small tubes and they will last forever or up
to about 20 years, when they get a little dried out...

I had a company tell me they had a special handling charge for SOLDER,
because it was a toxic metal. I suggested they look at the issue again.
They backed off; maybe confused by EPA regs?
