Fatar manufactures the ones used in Waldorf and Ensoniq keyboards.  It seems
to me they do the Doepfer keyboards as well...?  At any rate, perhaps they'd
be willing to sell you what you're interested in.  I couldn't find a website
for them, but look on http://www.harmoney-central.com for some contact
information.

Help that helps, but I suspect you already knew about Fatar... :)
