The Expressionist does this too - it has DIN sync clock w/ 
programmable # of midi clock pulses per sync pulse, and start 
signals, and yes, Mr. Moe's super Expressionist breakout panel brings 
these signls out also!

I use my Expressionist sync out to sync sequences to my drum machine 
all the time.
