It's not 15 because you can't use the switching jacks in that configuration;
if you did, it would break the normalization down and you would have a 4x4.
Make sense?

i concur  with chaz, however, couple quick questions.
under the 410, should "vocal formants" be changed to "tunable to 
vocal formants"?  
under 820, 4th bullet, should that be "bypass: switch or remote"?  
using the colon symbol to denote either/or?
on the 910:  there are 16 plugs, so would it not be 1 in - 15 out,
dual 1 in - 7 out, dual 1 in - 3 out and 1 in - 7 out?  or did i miss 
somethin' in my math?
on the 940: should "passive modules" be singular?  so it's "passive 
module, requires no power"
