hey list..
--Now for a Public Service Announcement---
yesterday at somewhere in between 7 and 11 oclock at night, we got broken
into and I got two years worth of change stolen along with about 100 cash..
Well, 400 bucks isn't the end of the world, but the fact that the cash was
going to go towards a CV keyboard & some modules, plus the fact that I had
been saving for two years, really pissed me off. Oh and the whole scary
violation thing sucks too. And to think that the crook was less than two
feet from my MOTM!!! Luckily I had it under its cover and the scumbag in the
dark room passed it over. Along with my mixer and RM1X out in plain view....
and tv's, stereo equipment, cd's, computer. Yep, the theif only stole my
big change jug and cash from my sock drawer.. So I was lucky that this thief
seemed to be not too serious, but who knows, someone else might not be too
lucky. Roomate visited HomeDepot today, I sleep easier tonight.
Moral of the story: Make sure your home is secure and keep gear out of plain
view!

...and I estimated only about a month more until that jug was filled, THOSE
BASTARDS!!

This is one reason I'm glad I work out of my house. I'm almost always home,
so any attempt to burglarize my home would end in an encounter with me and a
gun.
