hello,

*most* racks are M6, but there are the odd few M5 racks, including of course
SKB and the infamous 'studiospares' budget rack.

it is possible to mount MOTM rails into an M6 rack using 'humfree' bolts and
just stripping the plastic insulator from the bolt leaving an M5 shank with
an M6 thread

for those who have racks that require caged nuts, it is possible to M5 caged
nuts in the UK from Canfords (0191 418 1122)
