Yeah, I suppose I'm a bit of a masochist. I didn't start out to keep swapping resistors, I started with a 200K 20 turn trimmer in series with a 2M, but it turned out the 2M was too large and everytime I downsized the resistor it was still too large till I got to 1.5M. A 1.3M might even be better but I considered the accuracy to be good enough at 1.5M. As I said, I'm very pitch sensitive and the MOTM is the synth I have dreamed of having for 20 years so I'm going to get it as close to perfect as I can. BTW I ended up keeping the 1.8M R36 in all 6 of my 310s. I just got 4 more 300 kits from Paul and I'll start with a R50 of 1.5M.
