Since I'm "boring", I'll try this route.

We can custom order the color, shape, and size of each knob, I hope.

And the knobs should light up, and the multi-coloured panel should be
translucent as well so we can see all the blue LEDs on the circuit
board.

I wouldn't say you are boring, but your panels are. At least slap a
cat girl decal on the damn things!

Then again, it is better to err on the side of conservatism when it
comes to electronic equipment...

Lordy--that colored panel looks like a swarm of ants on the body of a
dead harlequin! You needn't go that route. But you might go this
route: www.synthesizers.com.

The reason I didn't go that particular route was it had already been done. If fact, I
*personally* think that look is a sacred classic (like a 1966 Mustang or a Coke bottle). Let's
just say I was.....errr.... disappointed when I saw it.

Now I'm jealous of Stevie Wonder.

Did I misread the pricelist, or is this monstrosity $18K?! I guess
it's a limited market -- there could only be so many gay discos in
Las Vegas.

Hey - maybe the Easter Bunny needs a synth . . .

BTW - Newbie alert!!!
Hello everyone, I'm Steve Graham, new MOTM addict in Seattle. FWIW, I like
the boring panels; let the sounds be the colors.

Do we get a free hit of acid as a bonus?
