I search for BC550C NPN transistor (MOTM-320 VCLFO )
By Mouser and Digi-Key I see 550CG, 550CBU, 550CTA, so I'm
not sure which one is right - anyone know part number ?
 Thanks

Martin

Mouser 512-BC549B can be substituted. But dang! These are no longer
available. I have a package of 25 in front of my eyes that I ordered a
while back. They are non-RoHS. I'm interested in the answer to this
question, too.
