i'm not really sure i can visualise what it does because it doesn't 
have a funky spacey name. do you have a good name waiting in the 
wings to hit us with?

or are you planning to hold a competition or something to name it perhaps?

Resampling Mini-Delay? But that's so boring and easy to understand.  No
"Time Warping Chronology Changing Astrolabe" or "Epoch Quantizer" or
"Special Relativity Machine" or anything like that? I'm disappointed.
