LED's

2000-05-25 by Nathan Hunsicker

Everybody's favorite subject!!! <jk> Since I am at work, could someone do
me a favor and look up which LED (make, PN & size) is used in the MOTM-100
or MOTM-700. I am at work and just wanted to do some research for a DIY
module I am building. Thanks -Nate

Raymond Scott + Shannon Remix Competition

2000-05-25 by Tentochi

I have about 5 or 6 Raymond Scott CDs and am educating myself all of the time. The ultimate source for info is:
A new album was just released this week I believe.
Cheers!

P.S. My housemate/studiomate (Jody DenBroeder) just won the Shannon Remix Competition. More to follow in Billboard magazine and DMA magazine among others. Should be posted at http://www.liquidaudio.com in the next few days. http://www.music.com may be streaming it in the near future.

ps - check out (in the uk, at least) the june issue of "Mixmag" it has a surprising / hit you in the face article about Raymond Scott, however, plus side - they got around to acknowledging him / f*in gorgeouus full page gear shot circa '65 (?) minus side - from what i've read (from Scott cd liner notes) the article is shabby shallow crap misrepresentation, badly researched (if any) eytc etc, and every third rate dj will be out there sampling it claiming to be "experimental" with it (i hate that so much)
there ps rant over (phew)

hello all,
many thanks for the reminder - we (sorry i, just yet) can't get hold of lumex leds in the UK, so
open question:
1) anyone know where to get hold of lumex LEDs in the UK..? or
2) any blighty types out there want to club together and import a small amount..?
3) so what code would the bi-colour (ala #320) ones be...?
4) item two is just a pie in the sky idea at the moment, unless...
cheers
