2-IN 2-OUT octave / interval switch

Warning: DIY content. If you are planning to build the DIY 822 2-IN 2-OUT voltage shifter, the documentation is currently available on-line if you want to go peek. The panel, parts list, schematics, and a series of photos showing the construction stages of the first one are all out there. For those of you who already have the 831 information, I am currently updating the 831 3-IN 3-OUT voltage shifter documentation and putting it on line also. I am updating the schematics to have ALL the values ON the schematic. The parts list has been updated to make it clearer. And, I changed 3 resistor values from the original list (schematic page 3, parts R13, R24, and R35 from 100 K to 180 K). I will have all the 831 information posted soon. Sorry, but the files are largish (except the panel GIF and MS Word parts list are small). This private server is on a cable modem, so speed should not be an issue for those of you lucky enough to have high speed access. My local phone company "switch" will only pass about 26K. And, their response to higher speed was "DS what?" If you are actually going to purchase a panel for this project you do not have to download all the stuff. I can burn it all to a CD and snail mail it to you (more on the panels soon I hope). However, the download time is not that bad. http://www.modglin.com/larry/jlh-822/822panel.gif http://www.modglin.com/larry/jlh-822/822parts-list.doc http://www.modglin.com/larry/jlh-822/822paper-proto.jpg http://www.modglin.com/larry/jlh-822/822schematic-1of3.jpg http://www.modglin.com/larry/jlh-822/822schematic-2of3.jpg http://www.modglin.com/larry/jlh-822/822schematic-3of3.jpg http://www.modglin.com/larry/jlh-822/822photo1.jpg http://www.modglin.com/larry/jlh-822/822photo2.jpg http://www.modglin.com/larry/jlh-822/822photo3.jpg http://www.modglin.com/larry/jlh-822/822photo4.jpg http://www.modglin.com/larry/jlh-822/822photo5.jpg http://www.modglin.com/larry/jlh-822/822photo6.jpg http://www.modglin.com/larry/jlh-822/822photo7.jpg The photos progress through construction. Photo 1 is the bare protobpoard. Photo 7 is the module completed except for front panel components. If you have any comments about the circuit or construction layout, I would love to hear them (including constructive criticism). I'll post the links to the 831 info tonight or tomorrow. Larry (still # 2 on the stooge list) Hendry PS: Disclaimer: I am not an engineer. The information provided is DIY content and for DIY fair use only. I am not selling any modules. I guarantee nothing. I can only confirm that the 831 3-IN 3-OUT voltage shifter circuit works perfectly as shown. I will have the 822 working this week. But, the circuits are essentially the same as the 831, so I imagine it will be OK too.
